RV Outflow Tract Stenting in TOF

This is a case of a 4-year old boy with Tetralogy of Fallot with frequent hypoxic spells. Because of small pulmonary arteries, total surgical correction cannot be performed. Stenting of the right ventricular outflow which is severely stenotic was performed using a 8mm x 20 mm Cook Stent.
